Everything you need to know about the new EURES Regulation
In 2016, EURES introduced new legal rules enforceable by law in all Member States. The new Regulation maintains EURES’s high-quality services whilst securing improvements to the network that will benefit all of its members.
Greater focus on multilingual, skills-based matching means more efficient recruitment processes for employers. By opening up its services to private and non-profit organisations, EURES will also be able to offer wider job opportunities to jobseekers looking to work in another EU country. Internships and traineeships will also become part of the portal, helping young professionals broaden their professional horizons.
