Conference Our Ocean, Valletta: Sustainable Fisheries session

On 5-6 October 2017, Our Ocean conference took place in Valletta, Malta. This yearly appointment for leaders, public administrators and business people from all over the globe to interact and find workable solutions for the planet's seas and oceans, addressed the themes of marine protected areas, sustainable fisheries, marine pollution, and climate change.This video shows the panel session on sustainable fisheries moderated by Steve Trent, Founder and Executive Director of the Environmental Justice Foundation, on 6 October 2017.Hosted by the European Union, the 2017 edition of the Our Ocean Conference – An Ocean for Life generated over EUR seven billion in commitments on oceans.
