Ruling of the General Court of the EU in the case Efler (T-754/14) on Law governing the institutions

On 10 May 2017, Miro Prek, Judge at the General Court of the EU, read the ruling in the case T-754/14 Michael Efler and Others v European Commission, on Law governing the institutions, at the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg. The ruling concerned the refusal of the European Commission to register an European Citizens’ Initiative "Stop TTIP".
