On 11 February 2014, Androulla Vassiliou, Member of the EC in charge of Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, travelled to Cuba and visited the 9th Congress of High Education, held at the Karl Marx Theatre in Havana. On this occasion, she met with Rodolfo Alarcón Ortiz, Cuban Minister for Superior Education.This video shows round table and stands at the congress.
