Judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU in the case Vent De Colère and Others (C-262/12) on State aid

The Court of Justice of the EU ruled that the French mechanism for offsetting the additional costs arising from the obligation to purchase the electricity generated by wind turbines falls within the concept of an intervention by the State through State resources.
