Visit of Louis Grech, Maltese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, to Johannes Hahn

On 1 October 2013, Johannes Hahn, Member of the EC in charge of Regional Policy, received Louis Grech, Maltese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, at the European Commission in Brussels. They discussed the preparation of the 2014-2020 programming period and took stock of the implementation of the 2007-2013 programming period. Sustaining a growing, knowledge-based and competitive economy; improving Malta's attractiveness and quality of life; investing in human capital; and addressing Gozo island's regional distinctiveness are the main priorities for the country.
