Participation of Janusz Lewandowski in the debate on the Future of Europe, in Warsaw
While the debate on the future of Europe and the impact of the economic crisis grows in strength, the European Commission is to meet people in different European cities, to hear their concerns and expectations for the future. On this occasion, Janusz Lewandowski, Member of the EC in charge of Financial Programming and Budget, travelled in Warsaw on May 11 to debate with more than 200 citizens from all over Poland who came not only to debate about the future of Europe but also to participate in the "9 May Europe Day" celebrations. The debate focused mainly on youth unemployment and the accession of Poland to the Eurozone.
