On 29 November 2012, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, participated in the 98th Plenary Session of the Committee of the Regions, with Ramón Luis Valcárcel Siso, President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), and Mercedes Bresso, First Vice-President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), at the European Parliament, in Brussels.
On this occasion, he gave a speech and debated the Commission's work programme for the year 2013 and the outcome of the last European Council on the Multi-Annual Financial Framework 2014-2020.
