LOTUS - Localisation of Threat Substances in Urban Society

Explosives are the means used most often in terrorist attacks. How can the terrorists be stopped before they strike? The Lotus project, run by a European partnership and mainly funded by the European Commission, is providing original solutions for end users on the ground, particularly police teams, to detect terrorist activities during the manufacturing of the explosives.
