On 12/05/2010, the EC was to adopt a Communication, 12 country progress reports and one sectoral report as part of a stock-taking of the European Neighbourhood Policy from 2004 to 2009.
The entry info force of the Lisbon Treaty enshrined the obligation of the EU to develop a policy specifically addressed to its neighbours and ushers in new institutional arrangements. 2010 also coincided with the completion of the Mid-Term Review of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) and the European Investment Bank mandate. To illustrate this important event, the EC's Audiovisual Services have produced this video stockshots which was filmed in Moldova, and which contains the following images:
- general views of Chişinău, Moldova;
