"Foreign Affairs" Council, 282nd meeting: 01/04/1974

The Council of Ministers of the EC held its 282nd meeting, under the presidency of Walter Scheel, German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs. The Council mainly discussed issues following the preparation of the extraordinary session of the United Nations General Assembly.
