EU Development Ministers meeting: extracts from the joint press conference by Gunilla Carlsson, Swedish Minister for International Development Cooperation and President in office of the Council, and Karel de Gucht
On 17 November 2011, the EU Ministers in charge of Development met in Brussels. The meeting focused on the fulfilment of EU commitments to development cooperation and the necessity of stepping up Member States' respective efforts to reach the collective EU target for 2015 of 0.7% of GDP official development assistance.
