Digital Single Market: contracts, digital content and goods

The Digital Contracts package aims to bring clear and harmonised rules on e-commerce that will protect consumers and stimulate businesses. Its goal is to clear rights for consumers when buying digital content and tangible goods online; for traders, to create harmonised rules to avoid unnecessary costs of selling goods in countries with differing contract-rules.
