Alenka Bratušek, Vice-President designate of the EC in charge of the Energy Union

Alenka Bratušek, former Slovenian Prime Minister, has been proposed by Jean-Claude Juncker, President-elect of the EC, for the post of Vice-President of the EC in charge of the Energy Union, but she resigned on 9 October 2014 after the hearing at the European Parliament.
