International donors' conference for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia after the floods, with the participation of Štefan Füle and Kristalina Georgieva

On 16 July 2014, Štefan Füle, Member of the EC in charge of Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, and Kristalina Georgieva, Member of the EC in charge of International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, participated in the donors' conference which was organised in Brussels, Belgium, to continue the help with the aftermath of the devastating floods in the Western Balkans and mobilise further support to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to deal with the consequences of this natural disaster. The conference was co-organised with France and Slovenia. The participants also included: Alenka Bratušek, Slovenian Prime Minister, Laurent Fabius, French Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, Helen Clark, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ivica Dačić, Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Vjekoslav Bevanda, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tomislav Nikolić, President of Serbia, Kyle Peters, Vice-President of the World Bank, in charge of Operations Policy and Country Service, Pierre Duquesne, French Ambassador in charge of Economic Affairs, Reconstruction and Development, and Peter Grk, Foreign Policy Adviser to the Slovenian Prime Minister's Office.
