Press conference by José Manuel Barroso ahead of the European Council of 26-27/06/2014

On 25 June 2014, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, gave a press conference ahead of the European Council of 26-27 June 2014. O,n this occasion, he strongly welcomed the discussions on the strategic priorities of the EU for the following years. The President also added the need of the EU to keep the agenda for growth and jobs but with stronger implementation and stronger ownership at all levels of the European Union.
