Visit of José Manuel Barroso to Cologne: panel discussion

On 4 April 2014, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, participated in the Lew Kopelew Forum in Cologne, Germany, chaired by Fritz Pleitgen. The public debate focused on the theme "World power or collapse - the future of Europe". The Lew Kopelew Forum fostered cultural exchange between East and West and was named after the famous Kiev-born Russian writer, human rights activist and Soviet dissident.
