Visite d'Irakli Garibashvili, Premier ministre géorgien, à José Manuel Barroso: point de presse conjoint
On 3 February 2014, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, received Irakli Garibashvili, Georgian Prime Minister, on his first official visit to Brussels since his appointment in November 2013.
They talked about the bilateral relations between the EU and Georgia, including the Association Agreement initialled in November 2013 at the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius. They reviewed the achievements in human rights and fundamental freedoms. They also talked about the most recent developments in conflict resolution in Georgia.
