Visit of the winners of the 'Consumer Classroom' competition to Neven Mimica

On 25 November 2013, Neven Mimica, Member of the EC in charge of Consumer Policy, received the winners of the "Consumer Classroom" competition, the students from the Aniturri Bhi School (Agurain, Spain) at the European Commission. It was the first edition of this Inter-School Competition on Consumer Classroom. The winning team designed the project “Environmental problems the Earth is facing”, a digital poster focused on sustainable consumption. This audiovisual work, coordinated by Idoia Zapirain, coordinator of the 'Consumer Classroom' competition for the Aniturri Bhi School, had excelled amongst the rest of participants to obtain the first prize, a visit to the main European Union institutions in Brussels, Belgium.
