Visit of José Manuel Barroso to Hong Kong: meeting with Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, speech to the European Chamber of Commerce, ceremony for the 20th anniversary of the EU office

On 22 November 2013, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, went to Hong Kong on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the EU Offices to Hong Kong. It was his first visit there since he took office in 2005 as President of the EC. During his travel, José Manuel Barroso delivered a speech entitled "The best is yet to come. Past, present and future of the EU-Hong Kong relationship" to the Hong Kong business community. The event was organised by the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
