Formal sitting of the Court of Justice of the EU: 07/10/2013

The Court of Justice of the EU held a formal sitting in Luxembourg on 07 October 2013. At this sitting, two new members took the oath: François Biltgen, as judge at the Court of Justice, and Jesper Svenningsen, as judge at the Civil Service Tribunal. These appointments followed the resignation of Jean-Jacques Kasel from the Court of Justice and Irena Boruta from the Civil Service Tribunal.
