Visit of Catherine Ashton to Egypt: meeting with Tamarod Representatives, and with Hisham Kandeel, Mohamed Ali Bishr, press conference by Catherine Ashton

On 17 July 2013, Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the EC, travelled in Cairo where she met Hisham Qandeel, Former Egyptian Prime Minister, and Mohammed Ali Beshr, Former Egyptian Minister of State for Local Development and Representative of the Freedom and Justice Party. Catherine Ashton also met with Tamarod Representatives which is a movement against the Morsi's government. Following her meetings, Catherine ashton held a press conference.
