Visit of José Manuel Barroso to Poland: joint press statement with Donald Tusk

On 11 July 2013, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, travelled to Warsaw. On this occasion, he met with Donald Tusk, Polish Prime Minister. Following their meeting, they delivered a joint press statement on the main issues they discussed, namely on the Banking Union and, in particular, on the Single Resolution Mechanism proposal recently adopted by the European Commission.
