During the first day of the Committee of the Regions plenary session on 3-4 July 2013, Ramón Luis Valcárcel Siso, President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), welcomed the new Croatian delegation to the 102nd plenary session. On this occasion, Ramón Luis Valcárcel Siso also honored the winners of the European Entrepreneurial Regions (EER) Award, for the efforts they made in order to boost the entrepreneurial activity in their regions.
