Participation of Viviane Reding in the debate on the Future of Europe, in Brussels
While the debate on the future of Europe and the impact of the economic crisis grows in strength, the European Commission is to meet people in different European cities, to hear their concerns and expectations for the future. On this occasion, Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, held a debate on 4 May 2013 with the participation of more than 300 citizens as well as Charles Piqué, Minister-President of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region responsible for Local Authorities, Regional Development, Monuments and Sites, Public Hygiene, Development Cooperation and Regional Statistics.
