Visit of José Manuel Barroso to Czech Republic

José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, went to Prague where he met with Miloš Zeman, President of the Czech Republic. The latter signed the amendment which clarified the legal base of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) on this occasion. The two leaders then attended the ceremony of raising of the European flag in front of the Prague Castle (Hradcin).
José Manuel Barroso also visited the headquarters of the European Global Navigation and Satellite System (GNSS) Agency (GSA). He then met with Petr Nečas, Czech Prime Minister.
