On 19-20 June 2013, the Digital Agenda Assembly 2013 took place in Dublin and consisted of seven thematic workshops and one plenary event. It went through the themes of the Digital Agenda for Europe review, assessed the progress and challenges in the implementation of the refocused actions and sought ways to improve delivery in the context of the recent update of the Digital Agenda for Europe.
The ultimate goal of the Digital Agenda is to get everyone in Europe digital. This means digital inclusion in its widest sense: devices, skills and also connectivity. It is time to expand the benefits of the EU's single market to the digital era.
