The German Marshall Fund of the United States' Brussels Forum took place from 15 to 17 March 2013. On 15 March, a debate was dedicated to "A fragile world after the crisis", with the following participants: Yaqing Qin, Vice President and Professor of International Studies at China Foreign Affairs University, Robert B.
