On 7 March 2013, László Andor, Member of the EC in charge of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, gave a press conference on Integration of young people excluded by early school leaving & unemployment, in Brussels. On this occasion, he talked about the Council Recommendation agreed by the Member States to establish Youth Guarantee schemes.
