José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, and Herman van Rompuy, President of the European Council, participated in the 7th G20 Summit in Mexico. On this occasion G20 leaders showed strong resolve to promote growth and jobs and the EU made an important contribution, setting out its sustained, crisis comprehensive response and policy action.
