High Level Group on Key Enabling Technologies (KETs): remarks by Jean Therme, President of the High-Level Group, Director CEA Grenoble
On 27 February 2013, the first meeting of the High Level Group on Key Enabling Technologies took place in Brussels. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the EC, represented by Antonio Tajani and Johannes Hahn, and the European Investment Bank (EIB), represented by Philippe de Fontaine, Vice-President of the EIB. The Memorandum will pave the way for improved access to finance for investments in key enabling technologies.
