Meeting between José Manuel Barroso and philosophical and non-confessional organisations: welcome and round table
On 27 November 2012, José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, Herman van Rompuy, President of the European Council, and László Surján, Vice-President of the EP, received at the European Commission, in Brussels, the visit of representatives from philosophical and non-confessional organisations in Europe. On this occasion, they discussed solidarity between generations and demographic challenges across the European Union. Established in the beginning of the 1990s, the dialogue with communities of convictions and churches offers an opportunity to engage in the European integration process.
