Participation of Neelie Kroes, Vice-President of the EC, in the eIDAS Regulation launching event

Neelie Kroes, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Digital Agenda, participated in the launching event of the Regulation (EU) N°910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation), entitled "Unlocking the potential of the digital single market". The eIDAS Regulation entered into force on 17/09/2014. Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of Estonia, notably attended the event.
