Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Member of the EC in charge of Research, Innovation and Science, went to Geneva to visit the facilities of the Research, Innovation and Science to the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), together with Rolf-Dieter Heuer, Director-General of the CERN.
In the margins of the visit, they both posed with the #BringBackOurGirls banner, as part of the world campaign launched on the social network Twitter after the kidnapping of 200 young girls in Nigeria.
