Weekly meeting of the Barroso II Commission

José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, participated in the weekly meeting of the Barroso II Commission with several Members of the College of the EC. Were present: Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, Joaquín Almunia, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Competition, Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, Algirdas Šemeta, Member of the EC in charge of Taxation, Customs, Statistics, Audit and Anti-Fraud, Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Member of the EC in charge of Research, Innovation and Science, Janusz Lewandowski, Member of the EC in charge of Financial Programming and Budget, Connie Hedegaard, Member of the EC in charge of Climate Action, Štefan Füle, Member of the EC in charge of Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, László Andor, Member of the EC in charge of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, Cecilia Malmström, Member of the EC in charge of Home Affairs, Dacian Cioloş, Member of the EC in charge of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tonio Borg, Member of the EC in charge of Health, and Neven Mimica, Member of the EC in charge of Consumer Policy.
