Citizens' Dialogue in London with Viviane Reding

Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, went to London where she participated in a debate about the future of Europe with David Lidington, British Minister of State for Europe at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, George Parker, British journalist and moderator of the debate, and 400 citizens.
