Opening of the 'What is the forest for me?' exhibition with the participation of Dacian Cioloş, Member of the EC

Dacian Cioloş, Member of the EC in charge of Agriculture and Rural Development, participated in the opening of the exhibition presenting the winning children's paintings of the competition entitled 'What is the forest for me?'. The competition had been organised by the DG "Agriculture and Rural Development" of the EC. It was open to children aged between 6 and 10 years old, living and educated in a school in one of the Member States of the EU. The winner of the 2013 edition was Jakub Roszak, he was 8 years old and came from Poland. He won a digital tablet.
Jerzy Plewa, Director-General of the DG "Agriculture and Rural Development" of the EC, and Georg Haeusler, Head of cabinet of Dacian Cioloş, also visited the exhibition.
