Visit of Connie Hedegaard, Member of the EC, to France
Connie Hedegaard, Member of the EC in charge of Climate Action, travelled to Nord-Pas-de-Calais, where she visited the Solitude-Hermitage quarter located in the Vieux-Condé. In this former mining town, new residential buildings meeting the HEQ (High Environmental Quality) and BBC (Low Consumption Building) standards were built.
