Karel De Gucht, Member of the EC in charge of Trade, travelled to Paris where he participated in the Dialogue on Aid for Trade, which was organised by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The other participants of the event were: Pascal Lamy, Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Alan Wheatley, Correspondent at Reuters and moderator of the discussion, José Angel Gurria Treviño, Secretary General of the OECD, and Timothy John Groser, New Zealander Minister for Trade.
