Weekly meeting of the Barroso II Commission

José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, took part in the weekly meeting of the Barroso II Commission with other Members of the College of the EC and Catherine Day, Secretary-General of the EC. Were present: Joaquín Almunia, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Competition, Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, Antonio Tajani, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Industry and Entrepreneurship, Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Inter-Institutional Relations and Administration, Janez Potočnik, Member of the EC in charge of Environment, Androulla Vassiliou, Member of the EC in charge of Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, Tonio Borg, Member of the EC in charge of Health and Consumer Policy, Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Member of the EC in charge of Research, Innovation and Science, Johannes Hahn, Member of the EC in charge of Regional Policy, Connie Hedegaard, Member of the EC in charge of Climate Action, Štefan Füle, Member of the EC in charge of Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, and Cecilia Malmström, Member of the EC in charge of Home Affairs.
