Signing of two financing agreements between the EC and Tunisia

Štefan Füle, Member of the EC in charge of Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, and Alaya Bettaieb, Secretary of State attached to the Tunisian Minister for Investment and International Cooperation, in charge of International Cooperation, signed two financing agreements: 1) project to support the reduction of social inequalities, and for frontline and intermediate health care services for disadvantaged regions in Tunisia, and 2) programme to support the reform of the judiciary in Tunisia. The signing took place during a ceremony organised in Brussels, in the presence of José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, and Hamadi Jebali, Tunisian Prime Minister.
