Visit of Catherine Ashton, Vice-President of the EC, to Cambodia

Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the EC, went to Cambodia. The Vice-President and Albert F. del Rosario, Philippine Minister for Foreign Affairs, signed a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between the Philippines and the EU at the sidelines of the 19th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Forum meeting (ARF).
Catherine Ashton then met with Yang Jiechi, Chinese Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State. She also ratified the EU Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (TAC).
