Selling of Goods confiscated in belgium
The Belgian "Central Office for Seizure and Confiscation" (COSC) within the public prosecutor’s office is acting as a specialized agency intended to steer and support judicial authorities and serve as a relay function between public prosecutors and collectors.
After being stored in various locations, confiscated properties such as cars, furniture, clothes, shoes, and even animals are put up for auction.
