Minute of silence in memory of the Polish officials who passed away in a crash plane on 10 April in Smolensk, in Russia

The European Commission observed a minute of silence in memory of Lech Kaczyński, President of Poland, who died in a crash plain with most of the Polish officials, on 10 April in Smolensk, in Russia. José Manuel Barroso, President of the EC, signed the book of condolences in memory of all the victims who passed away in this tragic plane crash.
