International Colloquium "Culture and creativity as vectors of Development"

Louis Michel, Member of the EC in charge of Development and Humanitarian Aid, and Ján Figel', Member of the EC in charge of Education, Training, Culture and Youth, participated in the international Colloquium "Culture and creativity as vectors of Development", that was held on 3-4 April at the Egmont Palace, in Brussels. Open to the general public, this colloquium was organised in the framework of EU cooperation with African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries. It gathered culture professionals, political decision-makers and donors.
