Jacques Barrot, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, took part to the the second annual ministerial meeting on the development of the South East Europe Regional Transport Core Network. The South-East Europe Transport Observatory (SEETO), organised the meeting attended by the following persons:
Qemajl Ahmeti, Kosovan Minister for Transport and Communications; Andrija Lompar, Montenegrin Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Telecommunications; Lulzim Xhelal Basha, Albanian Minister of public Works, Transport and Telecommunications; Branko Dokic, Minister of Transport and Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Mile Janakieski, Minister of Transport and Communications of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; Izet Bajrambasic, Assistant Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Mikko Ojajärvi, Director of the infrastructure unit of the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications; Zoltán Kazatsay, Vice Director-General of DG "Energy and Transports" of the EC; Miodrag Jocic, Serbian State Secretary for Capital Investments; D. Breglee and J. Van Lamoen.
