Inauguration of the exhibition "The image of Europe"

In order to celebrate the Netherlands presidency of the Council of the EU, an exhibition and a symposium were organised by the Foreign Policy Centre and AMO/Rem Koolhaas. Developed under the joint sponsorship of the Dutch Presidency and the European Commission, the exhibition, at the Rond point Schuman is free and open to the public. The aim of the exhibition is to show the way in which Europe is represented through words and symbols. The exhibition and symposium can be seen as part of the wider issue of 'Communicating Europe' and are intended to further stimulate public debate.
