Signature of the contract setting out the conditions for the return of the Commission to the Berlaymont building
Neil Kinnock, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Administrative reform, and Rik Daems, Belgian Federal Minister for Telecommunications and Public Undertakings, with responsibility for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, the Liberal Professions and the Self-Employed, signed a contract setting out the conditions for the return of the Commission to the Berlaymont building which included the fixed price to be paid, date of entry, technical specifications and a certain number of guarantees.
