Chris Patten at the EU-Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) Summit - Madrid, 16, 17 & 18 May 2002

Chris Patten, Member of the EC in charge of External relations, attends the EU-LAC Summit which brings together 48 Heads of State and Government from the EU, Latin America and the Caribbean. The Summit will deepen the EU's bilateral relationships with Latin America and the Caribbean's regional groupings as well as with the individual countries involved.
