Ralf Dahrendorf, Member of the CEC in charge of Research, Science and Education, the Joint Research Centre, the Statistical Office, Scientific and Technical Information and Information Management, and the Permanent Representatives to the EC of Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Ireland, on the one hand, and Sigvard Eklund, Director-General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), on the other hand, signed a non-proliferation agreement.
